LITTLE ROCK (2-16)

     The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Meeting in Mount Vernon to discuss plans for improvements to the intersection of Highway 36 and Highway 107, according to AHTD officials.

     Plans call for realigning the intersection and improving sight lines in order to make it a safer intersection for motorists.

     The meeting will be held on Thursday, February 26th, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Mt. Vernon Senior Citizen Center, located at 2 Garland Spring Road , in Mt. Vernon.
